We thought we would take some time to answer a few of our most frequently asked questions from our new internet customers.

FAQ

Q. How do I get my LaGrange County REMC bill?

A. All broadband bills will be sent via email unless requested to be sent by mail. Bills sent by mail are subject to a monthly charge of $4 per month.

 

Q. Does LaGrange County REMC have a mobile app to make payments?

A. Yes, in your app store, search for LaGrange County REMC.

 

Q. How can I view my bill?

A. You can view your bill via your online account (select My Account > Account History) or through our mobile app (select Payments > Bill History)  We've made a short video that will help you navigate that process. View that video here->

Q. Can I set up my bill for autopay?

A. Yes! Sign up by logging into your online account or the mobile app. We will not assume you want autopay on your fiber even if you have it set up for your electric service, without your permission. If you need assistance setting up autopay, please call our office at 877-463-7165.

 

Q. How do I get technical support for my fiberoptic internet?

A. To reach our technical support team, call 877-463-7165, select Option 4. If you have billing questions, select Option 3 for our customer service representatives.
